After you have logged in to Spok Mobile Registration, you can register a paging device and modify or cancel a Spok Mobile registration.
The list of pagers is displayed in the My Pagers screen by default when you log in. You can return to or refresh this screen at any time by clicking the My Pagers link.
The My Pagers screen shows all of the paging devices assigned to you in the Smart Center database, including the paging devices that are not enabled for Spok Mobile. A pager is enabled for Spok Mobile by selecting the Allow AMC Registration option in the Pagers form for that pager record. When a paging device is not enabled for Spok Mobile, the Mobile Registration link is not available in the My Pagers screen.
Only those paging devices that have the Mobile Registration link available can be registered or modified. For a paging device that is enabled for use with Spok Mobile but has not yet been registered, the registration date and time is blank. After a device has been registered, the date and time on which the registration occurred is displayed.
NOTE: You can register a paging device with Spok Mobile from the Smart Center and Smart Web applications as well.
After the paging device has been registered, the system sends an email to the email address specified for the device. The email contains a URL which is used to download the Spok Mobile Client to the paging device. The Installation Guide for Spok Mobile contains instructions on how to install the client on a paging device.
Spok Mobile Registration Information
